Steps

1. Open a new Geogebra File. (geogebra 4)
2. Options --> Settings --> Graphics --> x Axis --> Units --> pi --> Save settings --> Close
3. Point A.  for example (5,5)
4. Slider (to control the radius of the circle) - r            ( min : 1,  max : 5, incre :0.1)
